Yes, we are a registered NGO with 12A and 80G certification.

Our team has been engaged in social work since 2015, and we officially registered the NGO in 2017, founded by ChandanChaudhri.

8. Can I join your NGO as a volunteer?

Yes, but we need to understand your background, including your profession, references, and goals, before you can join. You cannot join without this information.

 

9. What documents are required to join the NGO?

To register, you need to provide a clear photo, your Aadhar Card, and a working ID or student ID if you are a student. These documents are mandatory.

10. How do I join the Human Alive Foundation as a volunteer?

Before joining, familiarize yourself with the NGO, its founder, and its mission. Follow these steps:

11. What will be my responsibilities after joining?

Initially, you will help with donations and spreading awareness about the NGO’s work for one month. Based on your performance, you can get involved in other activities.

 

12. Does the Human Alive Foundation work outside India?

No, but some of our volunteers help with fundraising from abroad.

13. Can I celebrate my birthday or someone else’s with the kids supported by the NGO?

Yes, provide the date, time, and details of your contribution to the team at least three days in advance.

14. How can I help if I cannot attend in person due to being out of town or out of India?

You can help by spreading the NGO’s work on social platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. The team will guide you on what to share daily.

15. Can I join your NGO if I am already associated with another NGO?

No, you cannot join if you are already promoting another NGO.

16. After joining the NGO, when are the activities conducted and how much time is required for activities and programs?

Most activities and programs are held on Sundays, lasting 2 to 3 hours, but this may extend to a full day depending on the location.

17. Can I promote my business after joining the NGO?

No, the group is solely for social work. Members joining for business promotion will be removed.

18. What should I wear during NGO activities and programs?

You must wear the NGO-provided t-shirt during activities and programs.

19. Whom should I contact if I have doubts?

20. Can family members or friends join us during activities?

No, activities and programs are only for registered members. We shall notify in prior if any such activity or event is planned where you can bring additional members.

 

21. Will we get an NGO certificate for education or job profiles that mentions experience?

If you help with the NGO works for 1 year and your performance is good, you will be provided an NGO certificate by the founder. If you are new and haven’t done anything for the NGO yet, you will not receive a certificate.

 

22. Will I receive a certificate for my involvement?

After one year of good performance, you will receive a certificate of appreciation from the founder.

 

23. How long are the NGO certificate, t-shirt, and updates valid?

If your behavior or performance is unsatisfactory, the NGO reserves the right to revoke your certificate and other privileges.NGO shall provide the status of your certificate on call if received any.

 

24. Where is the meeting point for programs and activities?

The team will inform you one day in advance. If you do not receive calls or messages, we advise you to inquire.

 

25. Will I receive a salary or payment for my work with the NGO?

No, the Human Alive Foundation is a non-governmental organization where all work is voluntary and unpaid.

 

26. Can I join all programs and activities after joining the NGO?

Participation depends on the manpower needed for each activity. The team will notify you if you are required else you can also confirm by getting in touch with the team via WhatsApp.

 

27. Can I post NGO activities, promotional images of NGO or festival posts on social media?

Yes, you can post all the images of NGO on your social media handles.

 

28. When will we receive the photos of activities and programs?

You will receive the photos within 2 working days, allowing you to spread your work. However, whenever the photos are available, the team will share them with you.

 

29. Do you have 12A and 80G registrations?

Yes, we are registered with 12A and 80G.

 

30. Can we plan activities with celebrities?

Yes. If you want to plan social activities, our team will guide you.

 

31. What work has the NGO done so far?

We have organized RakshaBandhan activities for soldiers at the border and in Kargil, have sent across gift packages to the soldiers working in the border during important events, provided fruit donation camps for child cancer patients, medical help and hospital assistance for child cancer patients, food donation camps for poor children, clothing camps for tribal people, educational camps for poor children etc.

 

32. Is it necessary to take photos and videos during activities?

Yes. To maintain transparency with our donors, spread awareness about our work, and create activity reports for the government, it is essential to take photos during every activity.

 

33. Can we share all photos and videos on our social media or WhatsApp?

Yes, please. After joining, it is essential to spread the NGO’s work.

 

34. Can we directly help someone during an activity?

No. During activities, locals or unknown people might mix in. Without verifying if a person genuinely needs help or if it’s a scam, the NGO does not allow direct help from volunteers. We help where there is a genuine need.

 
 

35. How should we post NGO work on social media?

Before posting, you must discuss with the team, who will guide you.

 

36. Will the NGO provide Ola, Uber, or any transport services during programs or activities?

No.

 

37. Will we be added to the NGO's official group?

Yes. If your work performance is good and you are trustworthy, you will be added to the NGO WhatsApp group for long-term involvement.

 

38. Can I create an official group for the NGO?

No. Any decision related to the NGO must be discussed with the official team first.

 

39. When do NGO activities take place?

The NGO’s work continues both indoors and outdoors. Whenever suitable work is available, the requirement will be published from the official number.

 

40. Will we be involved in all activities?

No. Sometimes, visiting child cancer patients involves going to their families, where the presence of many people might make the patients nervous. Some activities are done on an individual level, but for food donation or organized camps, the NGO will update you depending on the activity and work. You will receive a message if required.

 

41. Will I receive a certificate for my work with the Human Alive Foundation?

Yes. A certificate of appreciation will be provided based on the quality of your work, your performance, and your volunteering period.

 

42. What does the Human Alive Foundation do for child cancer patients?

No. All donations must be made completely online to the official NGO bank account.

2. We gave you a donation, did you receive it?

3. Where can we donate online? Can we donate to a personal account?

You can donate only to our official bank account under the NGO’s name. We do not accept donations to any member’s personal account or any other account. Donations are accepted only in the NGO’s account to ensure everything is done legally and properly because there are many scammers who take donations for personal use.

 

4. Will we receive a receipt if we donate?

Yes. You will receive a receipt within 48 hours. If you do not receive the receipt for any reason, you can contact on the official number at 9029291212.

5. I have not received a receipt for my recent donation on the Human Alive Foundation’s website.

Please check your inbox for an email from humanalive09@gmail.com with the subject containing “80G Donation receipt.” Also, check your updates tab and spam folder. Kindly allow 2–3 hours for the system-generated receipt to be mailed. If you have not received the receipt even after 48 hours, please contact us.

6. I received a transaction failed message. However, my bank account was debited for the same.

Most of the time, the debited amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway. However, if you have received a payment successful message from the payment gateway, please contact us, and we will provide the necessary support.

7. Can food be donated to NGOs?

Yes, however the quantity should be at least for 100 people.

8. Can I donate by credit card?

Yes, Human Alive Foundation accepts donations via PayPal.

9. I want to donate and help; what can I donate?

You can donate to child cancer patients through our official bank account. You can also donate fruits like kiwi, apple, and pomegranate for child cancer patients, ensuring the quantity is sufficient. You can contribute to food camps for needy people and donate blankets during winter. However, please contact the team three days in advance for proper implementation.

10. What does Human Alive Foundation do with my one-time donation?

Unless you specify which project(s) you wish the money to go to, Human Alive Foundation will put your donation in a general fund for either child cancer patients or other projects such as child education. We do not use any portion of your donation to cover our operational expenses.

11. Do I get tax benefits on donations made to the organization?

All donations made to the organization are exempt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The NGO will provide a receipt to the donor.

12. Is my donation tax-exempt?

Yes, all contributions to Human Alive Foundation are eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

 

13. Where does Human Alive Foundation donate?
